Connecting Your WiZ Bulbs: What You Need to Know WiZ utilizes 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and does not support 5GHz networks. You can control your paired lights from anywhere, via the local network or the Cloud, without the need to remain connected to 2.4GHz. WEP, WPA-enterprise, and open networks without passwords are not supported.
Matter Compatibility While most WiZ products support Matter, some accessories such as the WiZmote, Smart Button, Security Camera, and Motion Sensor do not. For the latest information, please refer to the "Matter Compatible Product List" on the WiZ Connected Support website.
Integrating Existing WiZ Devices with Matter If you have WiZ devices without the Matter logo on the packaging, you can still integrate them with Matter. Pair them in the WiZ Connected App and manually update them to Matter. Go to the Matter settings in the app, tap the relevant device (when online), and the QR code for Matter setup should appear.
